Please Arrive Detangled
To help your appointment run smoothly, hair should be combed out and detangled before you arrive. Long, curly, and textured hair is especially prone to tangling and matting, and pre-detangled hair means a faster, more comfortable session for you.
If you arrive with severely tangled or matted hair, a $50 detangling fee will apply — no exceptions. Please come ready for service with hair fully detangled.
Hair Dye
We recommend waiting at least 14 days after coloring before booking a head spa. The deep cleansing and exfoliation involved can cause noticeable color fading — especially with vivid or fashion colors — and a freshly dyed scalp is more sensitive and prone to irritation. For the same reason, we also recommend waiting at least 14 days after a head spa before your next coloring appointment. This buffer gives your scalp time to heal and your color time to fully set.
Please Note
Your hair will still be damp at the end of your head spa treatment, so please plan accordingly when scheduling.
If you have sensitive skin or a sensitive scalp, please let us know before booking so we can tailor your treatment to suit your needs.
Preparation Policy
For the safety and comfort of all clients, services will be declined in the following situations:

Scalp conditions: Any visible signs of scalp disease or a medical disorder — such as folliculitis, ringworm, psoriasis, or seborrheic dermatitis.

Hair extensions: Services cannot be performed on hair with extensions of any kind, including braids, micro-links, or sew-ins.

Buildup: Excessive dirt, dandruff, or product buildup (gel, hairspray, grease, etc.). Please pre-wash your hair before your appointment to avoid this.
Hot Stones Therapy
Increases circulation, can ease symptoms of arthritis and fibromyalgia. Relieves back & joint pain and tension. Encourages deep relaxation for the body and the mind.
Foot Detox Treatment
Our feet carry us miles in the journey of our lives. This is REHABILITATION to the feet, especially for those who build up tension in their feet. This treatment helps by giving you more flexibility so you can keep performing exceptionally well. Give your feet some LOVE!
